... yum yum- part 82...



braised aubergine with pork mince...
aubergine, pork mince, dried baby shrimp & red onion...
pan fried the cut aubergine pieces till cooked before braised with other ingredients with soy sauce...
perfect to serve with steamed rice...




pasta with lamb mince...
fusilli, lamb mince, double cream, black pepper & red onion...
i still think using pork mince taste far better than lamb mince...




stir fried chinese leaf with roasted pork- part 2...
chinese leaf, roasted pork (ready cooked), baby celery & garlic...
this time i've cooked it with better ingredient such as fish sauce and the baby celery does makes the dish tastier...
it reminds me of grandma's stir fried pork with dried cuttlefish...
she will put lots of lots of baby celery...




stir fried okra with chilli...
okra, dried baby shrimp, x.o. chilli sauce, garlic chilli sauce & garlic...
back home we used to stir fry with 'sambal balacan' (malaysian chilli paste)...
the best recipe for okra dish...
