grilled coriander and lime manirated chicken breast with green rice...

i've got high expectation when i order this but...

the grilled chicken breast is too hard and too dry...

will never order this again on my next visit...

hoki fillet coated in cajun spices and served in a soft white bun with salad and chips...

another disappointing dish...

i had all these at one of the chiquito mexican restaurant in cricklewood, london...

it was quite an unforgettable evening as it was snowing heavily out there during this meal...

gem lettuce, fish balls, pork & seafood stock...

simple soup dish to serve with rice...

obviously the fish ball wasn't the best one...

missing those made by my grandma back home...

chinese sausages steamed rice...

rice, chinese sausages, shiitake mushrooms & red onion...

pre-cook all the fine chopped ingredients before mix it with rice and cook it with automatic rice cooker...

it wasn't salty enough but overall it was a good try...

next time i'll try with some dried shrimps and dried scallops...

chicken with 'kimchi'...

chicken thigh dices, ready made korean 'kimchi', chinese cooking wine & onion...

i thought it was a perfect combination and it tasted delicious...

perfect dish to serve with steamed rice...

'choy sum' soup- part 2...
