... swinging for a meal...

swing table by christopher duffy for duffy london...

the designer is putting a little extra fun into dinner time and boardroom meetings...
the 4 poster table uses its structure to suspend a central geo lampshade and 8 hanging chairs that sway playfully...

the design also creates an exceptionally divergent experience and aesthetic, creating a room within a room, with chairs that float around the table, it also makes vacuuming a breeze...

... a beautiful place for reading...

the alphabet library by architect stephen hof...

the alphabet library is located within the pierres vives building in montpellier to serve as a reading room for the archive of the department of herault...

the project palette is composed of 2 functions: the reading room tables and the library shelving... timber and corian solid surface... black and white... straight and curve...
this reflects the duality of author and reader... the one's intention and the other's interpretation...
