... my grilled salmon with teriyaki sauce...


4 slices of salmon fillets...
1/2 teaspoon olive oil...
1/3 teaspoon salt...
a dash of black pepper...
a squeeze of lemon juice...
4 tablespoon teriyaki sauce...
1/2 teaspoon sugar...
1 teaspoon soy sauce...
chopped garlic...

marinate salmon fillets with salt and pepper and set aside...
grill in oven at 220c for 20 minutes till cooked or longer as some people prefer more crispy...
heat up saucepan over medium heat and mix all ingredients such as lemon juice, teriyaki sauce, sugar and soy sauce...
slow cook till the sauce bubbles and thickens then remove from the heat...
heat up another pan with olive oil and deep fry the chopped garlic till it brown and crispy...
remove salmon fillets from oven and display on a plate...
drizzle the teriyaki sauce on the salmon fillets...
drop the deep fried chopped garlic as topping...
serve immediately and perfect with steamed rice...
