zuppa vongole e fregola...
a traditional clam soup with sardinian fregola pasta grains, wine, chilli, parsley and served with choice of bread...
one of my favourite soup and it's not expensive...
i had it at one of the strada restaurant in spitalfields, london...

pork goulash...
a traditional hungarian stew of meat served with pasta and salad...
they claimed goulash will always taste better when you cook it outdoor...
i had it at one of the polish restaurant in willesden, london...
like...




grandma bozena's chicken ragout...
steamed chicken fillet served with rice and sweet raisin sauce...
it was actually quite delicious...

grilled chicken fillet with spinach salad...
can't actually remember the name and actual ingredients...
but i thought it was too filling for a salad dish...

i've put on lots of effort making a good relationship with most of my clients...
gaining their trust will always smoothen the job...
sometimes i make mistakes like any other human beings...
and with the strong relationship being built, i've been forgiven...
