... yum yum- part 81...



chicken thigh dices, pepper, red onion, black bean sauce, oyster sauce & chinese cooking wine...
by using thigh dices and some other extra ingredients does made it tasted better compared to the previous one...
a typical chinese recipe chicken dish...
like...




pork liver, ginger, garlic, soy sauce & chinese cooking wine...
compared to the previous one, i've cut it in a thinner slices this time and it was well cooked...

stir fried baby 'pak choy'...
baby 'pak choy', garlic & spicy x.o. sauce...
simple stir fried vegetable dish with a specially made x.o. sauce that contained dried scallops and dried baby shrimps...
perfect to serve with steamed rice...




grilled chicken thigh...
skinless chicken thigh, peri-peri sauce, paprika & olive oil...
marinate chicken thigh with peri-peri sauce and paprika then keep in the fridge for a day...
185 degree oven grill for 45 minutes or longer if you prefer a crispy surface...
simple and delicious...
