... pig tummy...

this is tonight's dinner- pig stomach with dried yellow flower vegetable...
it took me about 1/2 hour to prepare this dish...
it was simple and economical as the pig stomach cost me less than a pound...
to serve with steam rice or chinese pancakes...

    dried yellow flower vegetable is what we called 'kim jiam' at home...
    ya, 1/2 hour is good enough and it was soft enough to eat... i'll cook for you one day when i'm back home... it tasted very good...
