... working lunch...

mono is a furniture concept that combines the functionality of a conference table with the usability of an optimised and compact office kitchen...
in contrast to badly integrated and functionally lacking mini kitchen, mono is very much designed to accommodate modern office needs and to encourage communicative living in the office through collaborative cooking...

designed by dennis kulage and michael scherger of german design studio formessenz, the kitchen is made from white corian and features an induction cooktop, an extraction hood, a dishwasher, a sink, a cutting board, a waste disposal area and storage...

in the seating area at the middle of the table, there are partially cooled storage compartments in front of every seat, where the users can put their personal food or ingredients...
these compartments are organised in modules, so that the mono kitchen can adapt to different office sizes by just adding or removing modules...
