... yum yum- part 47...


grilled pork rib...
pork ribs, chips & mixed vegetables...
marinated pork rib with spices and oven grilled...



egg fried rice vermicelli...
rice vermicelli, eggs & garlic...
very simple prepared typical hometown dish...
stir fry with eggs and soy sauce...
served with the home made chilli oil offered by the lady boss of chinese takeaway shop...
would be perfect with some curry gravy...



bitter gourd with pork rib...
bitter gourd, pork ribs, chinese red dates & garlics...
half cook the pork ribs with boiling water till soft...
cook the bitter gourd to reduce the bitterness...
stir fry with soy sauce and red dates...



seafood steamed rice- part 2...
rice, shrimps, squids, mussels, green peas, dried shrimps, shiitake mushrooms, onion & chicken stock...
similar to the one i posted on yum yum- part 29...
but this time tried it with some different ingredients...
especially the chopped shiitake mushrooms and dried shrimps...
makes it taste much better compared to the previous one...


the shell must break before the bird can fly...
