mature, full-bodied: 16°C - 18°C / 61°F - 64°F...
young: 14°C - 16°C / 57°F - 61°F...
new: 10°C - 14°C / 50°F - 57°F...

whites...
mature: 12°C - 14°C / 54°F - 57°F...
young: 10°C - 12°C / 50°F - 54°F...

roses...
mature, full-bodied: 12°C - 14°C / 54°F - 57°F...
light: 10°C - 12°C / 50°F - 54°F...

sparkling...
reds and whites: 8°C - 12°C / 46°F - 54°F...
