heinz cream of chicken soup, chicken breast, coriander & black pepper...
not just creamy but meaty...
seafood steamed rice...
rice, shrimps, squids, mussels, green peas, salmon fish & onion...
similar to the famous seafood risotto...
i cooked it with the electrical rice cooker...
highly rated masterpiece of mine...
stir fried celery...
celery, chicken breast, garlic & oyster sauce...
never over cooked the crispy celery sticks...
to serve perfectly with steamed rice...
king prawn spaghetti...
spaghetti, king prawns, red chilli, chopped tomatoes, garlics, coriander, soured cream & black pepper...
not so cheesy as i didn't go with any cheese this time...
not too bad but i'll ask my italian friends to improve my skills...
