'mapo' tofu...
tofu, pork mince, onion, parsley & dried chilli oil...
it's not really a proper 'mapo' tofu recipe as i didn't put bean paste...
anyway it still looked good and tasted good...
salted chicken...
chicken thigh, ginger & wine...
marinate with salt and wine and keep it in the fridge for 5 hours...
boiled in a hot pot with ginger for 20 minutes and it's just perfect...
but still far behind compared to grandma one...
tuna tagliatelle...
tagliatelle, tuna flakes in oil, mixed vegetables, grated cheese & garlic...
it was a bit dry because i didn't put any pasta sauce...
but still tasted ok...
grilled breaded chicken burger...
breaded chicken burger (frozen), mixed vegetables & cheese...
healthy but unhealthy...
the food look delicious
