... my bitter gourd fried eggs...


1 large bitter gourd...
3 eggs...
2 cloves garlic...
1 tea spoon soy sauce...
1 tea spoon salt...

cook the sliced bitter gourd with water for 15 minutes to reduce the bitterness...

heat up oil on pan and fry garlic till brown...
add bitter gourd and soy sauce...
you can also add some sugar if you want...

fry about 3 minutes and add salt...
add eggs and leave the eggs for few minutes before flipping it...
stir fry for another few more minutes...
serve when eggs are cooked...
