... yum yum- part 33...

fish curry...
cat fish, malaysian curry paste, red onion, cabbage & tomato...
i'm very proud of myself as it was really delicious...
to make it taste even better you can always fry the fish till it crispy and add on some blended red chillies...


'mamak' fried rice...
steamed rice, deep fried chicken (bought it from the chicken shop), cabbage, eggs, tomato, chilli sauce & garlic...
classic malaysian food...
i was at a malaysian restaurant near chinatown the other day and i found out that there are many foreigners ordered this food and they loved it so much...


dried flour vermicelli...
flour vermicelli (misua), pork mince, dried shrimps, onion & coriander...
cook the pork mince and dried shrimps with soy sauce...
cook the flour vermicelli in a separate pot till it soft then serve with the cooked mince pork...
delicious and it reminds me of grandma's 'mee hoon kueh'...


chilli sardines...
canned chilli sardines & onion...
stir fry on a hot pan with lots of onions...
serve with steamed rice...
