... my chilli fry aubergine...


1 large aubergine...
100g peeled shrimps...
1 large red onion...
2 tea spoon chilli paste...
1 tea spoon soy sauce...
1 tea spoon salt...
1 tea spoon fish sauce...
spring onion...

heat up a fair amount of oil and deep fry the aubergine...

heat up fry pan and fry onion till brown...
add chilli paste and shrimps...
when shrimps are nearly cooked, add the rest of the ingredients and bring it till boiled...
add the pre-fried aubergine and cook for 5 minutes...
