... yum yum- part 79...


boiled herbal soup...
cassava, chinese foxglove, rhizome, boxthorn fruit, pilose, asiabell root, jade bamboo & chicken part...
low heat boiled for 2-3 hours...
good for health and increasing body energy...




steamed chicken wing with black fungus...
chicken wings, black fungus & chinese cooking wine...
i've cooked with oven that's why it's a bit dry...
with the chinese cooking wine it tasted like the drunken chicken...




stir fried sugar snap with tofu...
sugar snap, oiled tofu, pork, golden mushrooms & red onion...
stir fried with oyster sauce...
really delicious...
like...




dried flat rice noodle...
flat rice noodle, minced pork, dried shrimps, pork balls, hong kong 'choy sum', coriander, spring onions & red onion...
cooked minced pork with dried shrimps with soy sauce and oyster sauce...
a typical malaysian noodle to serve in dry sauce...
the way i cooked the minced pork reminded me a lot of my grandma's and my cousin's dried 'mee hoon kuey'...
