... yum yum- part 78...



grilled salmon fillet...
salmon, salt & black pepper...
marinate the salmon fillet with salt and pepper then oven grill...
too simple, too healthy and too delicious...
like...




chicken thigh, red onion, spring onions, chinese cooking wine & plum sauce...
this time i'm using boneless chicken thigh dices and it tasted as good...
perfect to serve with steam rice especially when they are boneless...

hong kong 'choy sum' with oyster sauce...
hong kong 'choy sum', oyster sauce & garlic...
water cooked the hong kong 'choy sum' then added with oyster sauce and deep fried chopped garlic...
another simple and healthy food...
like...




minced pork cake...
minced pork, spring onion, oyster sauce, pepper, soy sauce, egg & coriander...
i've baked it with oven instead of using the traditional steam method...
it would be perfect if i add on some salted fish...
perfect for rice...

it's not easy to stay healthy especially when you have to deal with the busy life and undeciplined lifestyle...
but i believe it all depends on the lifestyle...
as long as you eat healthy food, having enough sleep, do enough exercises and the mentality is strong, i think you can always be healthy...
i've been through some messy lifestyle in my 20s and didn't take thing serious especially on my health...
now i'm at my 30s and i have to deal with things which is not suppose to happen at my age...
i'm trying to change...
and i hope it's not too late to change...
eating healthy food, having enough rest, do more exercise and think positive...
i will always be healthy...
