... my creation...


sharing one of my creation on a kitchen design back in year 2008...

this kitchen design door panel was designed by using wallpaper laminated on a compressed board, then finished with a clear glass panel and aluminium edging...

combined with walnut veneer modular kitchen unit and tinted mirror as wall cladding...

me and my team member done a great job especially on the door panels...
it was not easy to decide on the wallpaper selection as it comes in restricted sizes and by joining the motives together was really one of the toughest task...

the kitchen design was displayed in one of the interior design fair in
klcc kuala lumpur, malaysia...

stir fried spinach with crayfish...
spinach, crayfish, onion and red chilli...
simply just another delicious stir fried vegetable dish...


chicken and mushroom spaghetti carbonara...
spaghetti, boneless chicken breast, mushrooms, red onion, soured cream, milk, cheese, coriander and lemon...
one typical italian food that you can easily find in any menu...
i always thought carbonara will go better with fettuccine...


pork mince with steamed rice...
minced pork, steamed jasmine rice, shrimps, ginger, coriander, garlic, red chilli, lemon and fish oil...
inspired by one of my favourite thai food 'pad ka pao'...


fried vegetarian glass noodle...
glass noodle, dried yellow flower vegetables, mushrooms, chinese red dates and red chilli...
didn't manage to get the 'fu chuk', or else it will be perfect...
this is what i eat back home on the first day of chinese new year...
grandma will wake up 4 o'clock in the morning to cook and wait for everybody to come back home...

... yum yum- part 14...


baked aubergine...
aubergine, pork mince, fresh king prawn, coriander, red onion and olive oil...
it is similar to the chinese dish 'yong tau hu'...
aubergine might not be one of the most popular vegetable, but it's all depends on how we cooked and served...



wanton soup...
wanton wrap, pork mince, red onion, king prawn and coriander for the wanton... chicken breast, chicken soup seasoning powder, crab stick, mushrooms and spring onion for the soup...
i wrapped the wanton myself, pretty fun...
one of my german housemate saw me working on it and he actually knew that i'm wrapping a wanton...
wanton is very popular in germany...


spinach fried rice...
over-night steamed jasmine rice, spinach and eggs...
backed home, mum only cooked spinach by stir frying and i never find it tasty...
but i have found out that there are actually many ways to make spinach taste delicious...



baked british brussel sprouts...
british brussel sprouts, mozarella, soured cream and olive oil...
one of my south african colleague gave me the recipe and i quite like it...
