chicken cubes fried rice...
overnight steamed rice, fried chicken breast cubes, mushrooms and eggs...
i always find fried rice is not easy as it need a lot of strength to cook for a better taste...
fried rice is one of the best seller at most of the chinese takeaway shop around uk...


meatball panzerotti...
ham and cheddar panzerotti, pork meatball, mushroom, red pepper, onion and tomato...
simply 'delizioso'...


cornish sardines...
sardines, lemon, red chilli, garlic, flat leaf parsley and black pepper...
one of the best way to cook fish... especially when the fish is not fresh...
it tasted similar to the thai style steam method...


pork meatballs...
pork mince, red onion, black pepper, egg and olive oil...
my grandma cook the best meatballs...
there are some secret recipes that she used to make it taste so unbeatable...
