... yum yum- part 14...

baked aubergine...
aubergine, pork mince, fresh king prawn, coriander, red onion and olive oil...
it is similar to the chinese dish 'yong tau hu'...
aubergine might not be one of the most popular vegetable, but it's all depends on how we cooked and served...

wanton soup...
wanton wrap, pork mince, red onion, king prawn and coriander for the wanton... chicken breast, chicken soup seasoning powder, crab stick, mushrooms and spring onion for the soup...
i wrapped the wanton myself, pretty fun...
one of my german housemate saw me working on it and he actually knew that i'm wrapping a wanton...
wanton is very popular in germany...

spinach fried rice...
over-night steamed jasmine rice, spinach and eggs...
backed home, mum only cooked spinach by stir frying and i never find it tasty...
but i have found out that there are actually many ways to make spinach taste delicious...

baked british brussel sprouts...
british brussel sprouts, mozarella, soured cream and olive oil...
one of my south african colleague gave me the recipe and i quite like it...
