when i was a little kid, my grandpa always bring me to the market on sundays for dim sum and lamb soup...

it reminds me of grandma's stir fried pork with dried cuttlefish...

i'll never have the chance to eat again as she's too old to cook now...

by the way, i've cooked this well and it was really delicious...

reminds me of those noodles hawker by the road side back home...

i normally requested them to put lots of curry gravy on it...

i left out the prawns but it still tasted very close to the original recipe...
