lamb dices, chinese mixed herbal, pepper seeds & baby celery...

an asian styled lamb soup recipe...

when i was a little kid, my grandpa always bring me to the market on sundays for dim sum and lamb soup...

wow... that was 25 years ago...

pork strips, baby celery & garlic...

simple stir fry with soy sauce...

it reminds me of grandma's stir fried pork with dried cuttlefish...

i'll never have the chance to eat again as she's too old to cook now...

by the way, i've cooked this well and it was really delicious...

instant noodles, vegetarian fish cake, bean sprouts & red onion...

simple vegetarian ingredients stir fried with soy sauce...

reminds me of those noodles hawker by the road side back home...

i normally requested them to put lots of curry gravy on it...

singapore rice noodle...

rice noodles, curry powder, mixed vegetables & chicken breast...

well known singapore noodle dish and also very popular in united kingdom...

i left out the prawns but it still tasted very close to the original recipe...
