... yum yum- part 53...
mixed vegetables soup...
cream of mixed vegetables, sweet corn & tomatoes...
instant and easy to prepare...
mushroom soup with sausage...
cream of mushroom, smoked pork sausage & boiled egg...
the idea came from one of the traditional polish white borscht called 'zurek'...
although the one i made was no way close to the original one...
obviously there are some kind of traditional spices were missing...
but it still tasted good...
fried luncheon meat with potato...
luncheon meat, potato & red onion...
pan fry the luncheon meat and potato separately till it cooked before stir fry together with the red onion in a bigger wok...
another typical oriental food to serve with steamed rice...
tom yum seafood soup...
tom yum paste, pork, mixed seafood, tomato, fish sauce & onion...
this is actually a simple way of making tom yum soup...
the proper one may require more ingredient such as lemon grass, chillies, thai basil, ginger, coconut oil & garlic...
i'm missing thailand...

... black luxury is on the way- part 7...
i'm so proud to share some of the pictures of the luxury kitchen design that is almost completed...
i went to the site this afternoon and fitter john has done most of the installation works...
the only outstanding works are the plinth and the lighting under the wall units...
the fully integrated dishwasher has been installed...
gas hob on the island...
wall units has been finished up with cornices and pelmets...
dresser unit...
some of the bedrooms furniture supplied by fci london...
