... yum yum- part 66...



fried egg with king prawn and tomato...
eggs, king prawns, tomatoes & onion...
fried egg with tomato is a typical oriental dish...
but it tasted so much better by adding those king prawns...




stir fried broccoli and cauliflower...
broccoli, cauliflower, king prawns & onion...
stir fried with oyster sauce and a little bit of chinese cooking wine...
classic...




steamed rice with minced pork and fine bean...
steamed rice, minced pork, fine beans & onion...
i cooked the rice and the minced pork separately...
then i mixed it together in a big pot...




braised pork with yam...
pork, yam & onion...
cut yam into small pieces...
slow cook the pork and the yam pieces with oyster sauce, soy sauce and chinese cooking wine...
cook till the yam pieces melted and wrapped around the meat...
this is really delicious...
