a delicious soup with fish fillet, tofu and lots of coriander...
i bought it at one of the chinese restaurant in finchley road, london...
like...
malaysian fried noodle...
it was called 'mi goreng istimewa' means special fried noodle...
a malaysian styled fried noodle with deep fried chicken thigh, satay, fried egg and pickled vegetables...
no way closer than the original malaysian recipe...

i'm not very sure about the recipe because it doesn't taste nice at all...
