1 head chinese leaf or chinese cabbage...
1 vegetables stock...
200gm pork belly...
200gm ready made pork dumplings...
100gm ready made pork balls...
salt, black pepper and vegetables oil...
place vegetable stock and cut pork belly pieces into a pot and bring it to boil...
add all cut chinese leafs and leave to cook until they are wilted...
then turn to slow fire and cook for about 1 1/2 hour...
when all the leaves are soft, add the pork dumplings and pork balls and cook for another 15 minutes till the pork dumplings are cooked...
season to taste with salt, black pepper and vegetables oil...
this coming monday is chinese new year that's why it is making me homesick...
this soup dish is going to be one of those to be served at home during the celebration...
grandma will make the pork balls her own with some secret recipes...
unfortunately i can't make it for the chinese new year's reunion dinner again for this year...
so homesick... i miss you all at home...
