... yum yum- part 63...



fried luncheon meat with potato...
luncheon meat, potatoes, baby prawns & onion...
actually i've posted once before on yum yum- part 53...
that was with red onion and without baby prawns...
this time with the baby prawns it tasted even better...



egg fried rice...
steamed rice, eggs, garlic & chinese cabbage (pak choy)...
this is one of the most popular food you can find in any chinese restaurant in uk...
but they cooked it with spring onion and i'm using chinese cabbage...
something very simple yet yummy...




stir fried chinese cabbage with chinese sausage...
chinese cabbage (pak choy), chinese sausages & garlic...
another simple chinese styled vegetable dish...




mixed seafood with tofu...
tofu, prawns, mussels, squids, onion & spring onions...
stir fry the mixed seafood and create a delicious gravy and pour it on top of the cold tofu...
