... yum yum- part 61...



chicken pasta...
rigatoni, chicken drumsticks, broccoli, button mushrooms, red onion, double cream & chicken stock...
slow cook the chicken with the creamy white sauce for about an hour before mixing with the well cooked rigatoni and broccoli...
this was one of the best pasta i've ever made...




fried brussel sprouts with bacon...
brussel sprouts, smoked bacon & red onion...
pan fried the bacon till crispy before frying with the brussel sprouts...
ideal side dish for the christmas...




braised chicken with soy sauce...
chicken parts, potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, garlics, onion, chinese wine & dark soy sauce...
it's all about slow cooking and timing...
another favourite dish to serve with steamed rice...




pork burgers...
minced pork, red onions, eggs, flour, pepper, oyster sauce, paprika & vegetables oil...
marinate the minced pork with all the ingredients before the oven grill or pan fry...
it will taste even better if i add some ginger and coriander...
it reminds me a lot of grandpa's pork meatballs and grandma's fish skin meatballs...
