... yum yum- part 60...

deep fried garlic...
garlic & oil...
ideal as cooking ingredient or for some hot soup topping...

stir fried tofu with minced pork...
tofu, minced pork, red onion & garlic...
fried minced pork with soy sauce then mix with cut tofu pieces...
perfect dish to serve with steamed rice...

stir fried ong choy...
ong choy (ipomoea aquatica or chinese spinach), baby prawns, red onion & fish sauce...
this is one of the favourite vegetables in malaysia...
but it is selling quite expensive in uk and you won't get the best quality one...
i've cooked it in a thai style by putting some fish sauce...
the malaysian always prefer to cook it with balacan chilli paste with dried baby prawns...

stir fried broccoli...
broccoli, vegetarian fish cake, garlic & oyster sauce...
easy to prepare and it is one of my favourite...
this fish cake reminds me of my grandpa used to buy us some delicious 'fu chok' fish cake from one of the small town in malacca...
mum and grandma will use it to stir fry with vegetables brought back by grandpa from the farm...
