... yum yum- part 56...



braised chicken with plum sauce...
chicken, plum sauce, spring onion & garlic...
stir fry chicken with garlic and spring onion then add on the plum sauce and braise with low fire for an hour till the meat is soft...
didn't know chicken can taste so well with plum sauce...
perfect to serve with steamed rice...




fried chicken liver...
chicken liver, garlic & chilli oil...
stir fry on a pan with chopped garlic and chilli oil...
my hungarian mate told me it will taste even better if you fry it with butter...

it was given by my hungarian mate steve when i saw his partner cooked for his lunch box...
it was the fried chicken liver that i cooked earlier then mix with the steamed rice...
it's a bit dry but i really like it...
he's the one who told me that it will taste even better if the chicken liver was cooked with butter...
i will try it next time though...




boiled bitter gourd soup...
bitter gourd, chinese red dates & pork ribs...
slow fire boil for an hour...
one of my all time favourite soup...
