... my spaghetti carbonara with bacon...

200gm spaghetti...

6 slices bacon...

2 egg yolks...

4 tablespoons sour cream...

mozzarella cheese...

italian herbs mix...

1 red onion...

black pepper and salt to taste...

cook the pasta in a pot as directed on the package with some salt and oil...

cook the cut bacon in a pan until crispy and drains the oil...

cook the chopped red onion in a pan till it turn brown...

mix the egg yolks and sour cream together with the red onion in pan...

drain the cooked pasta...

mix the pasta with the cooked bacon and other ingredients together...

season with black pepper and salt...

add on the mozzarella cheese and cook for a while till it melts...

ready to serve...
