... yum yum- part 54...


tom yum soup glass noodle...
glass noodle, tom yum paste, mixed seafood, tomato, onion, pork & fish sauce...
the tom yum soup was cooked for hours and it tasted so good especially with the glass noodle...



stir-fried roasted pork...
roasted pork belly (ready cooked from the oriental supermarket) & garlic...
one of my favourite food...
the place that served the best stir-fried roasted pork is a restaurant called 'seng kee' in petaling street, kuala lumpur...



roasted pork rice...
roasted pork, steamed rice, garlic & tomato...
it was actually the stir-fried roasted pork that i cooked earlier then i mixed it with hot steamed rice...
a perfect combination...



fried pork uteri...
pork uteri, garlic, chilli paste & coriander...
many of them don't eat pork uteri because it is one of the dirtiest part in a pig body...
but i love it so much especially when it was cooked with chilli...
it wasn't cooked in a proper way as it was lacked of ingredients...
i should cook it with dried shrimps and baby chillies...
