... my stir fried chicken with spring onion...


10 chicken wings...
10 stalks of spring onion...
10 slices of ginger...
1 red onion...
3 tea spoon light soy sauce...
2 tea spoon oyster sauce...
1 tea spoon sugar...
1/2 tea spoon salt...

marinate the cut chicken wings with soy sauce for 30 minutes...
cut the rest of the ingredients into slices...

heat up the wok with 2 table spoon of vegetable oil...
stir fry the cut red onion and ginger slices...
add on the marinated chicken pieces and stir fry for few minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients...

after frying for few minutes, add 3 table spoon of water...
cook it in maximum flame for 5 minutes...
ready to serve when it is cooked...
