... yum yum- part 52...


fish soup...
sea bass bones, ginger, onion, tomato, parsley & milk...
i've got some sea bass bones given by the fishmonger storing in the freezer...
so i've decided to cook fish soup...
put all ingredients together and boil for hours...


fish soup rice noodle...
rice noodle & the fish soup that i cooked earlier...
it tasted similar to the malaysian fish head noodles...
the only missing ingredient was the salted vegetables...
adding some deep fried garlic will even taste better...



stir fried fine bean with tofu...
fine beans, marinated organic tofu & garlic...
i remember my brother told me before that my stir fried fine bean tasted very close to grandma one...




roasted pork joint with roasted potato...
pork joint, new potato & parsley...
the recipe is similar to the chinese styled roasted pork...


love isn't something you find... love is something that finds you...

  1. may be next time you can try this way, pan fry the fish head before you put into boil with the other ingredeints.
