... yum yum- part 51...


shell pasta with creamy smoked bacon...
conchiglie, smoked bacon, double cream, olive oil, parmesan & black pepper...
pan fried the bacon till it crispy...
creamy, cheesy and yummy...


fine beans omelette...
eggs & fine beans...
a typical oriental food...


fried rice with salmon...
steamed rice, salmon, garlic, egg & coriander...
one of the japanese popular fried rice...
fried the garlic till it crispy will make the rice taste better...



stir fried sea bass...
sea bass head and bones, ginger, garlic, dried chillies & coriander...
the cooking wok must be heated with strong flame...
then fried all the ingredients for few minutes and never over-cooked the fish...
i can't remember when was the last time i had something like this after i've moved to uk...
oh... it was delicious and i'm sure my mum is going to love it...


every failure is a step to success...
