... yum yum- part 43...

kim chi pasta...
spaghetti, kim chi, boiled eggs & roasted seaweed...
it won't take me too long to prepare it as i bought the ready made kim chi from supermarket...
i think this was one of the best pasta i've ever cooked...
i will try again next time with a improved recipe...
just love it...



grilled salmon with teriyaki sauce...
salmon, teriyaki sauce & spring onion...
simple salt and pepper topping on the salmon and oven grill...
the salmon that i've used is call copper river salmon...

copper river salmon come from the copper river in alaska, a 300 miles long 1-mile wide river in alaska that is well known for its salmon runs...
each year 2 million salmon swim upstream to their spawning grounds up north...
last month, the 2011 copper river river salmon season officially opened...
the fisherman have been out in the city of cordova, catching salmon for this season's harvest...
copper river king or chinook, which is seriously among the post prized salmon in the world for its high oil content and juicy rich flavour...



grilled salmon sushi...
salmon, rice, roasted seaweed, vinegar, sugar, salt & oil...
i wanted to make grilled salmon nigiri but my level of skill not there yet...
used the roasted to wrap all the ugly side...
really need lots of skill to roll the rice...
but i was pleased as i've mixed a really delicious vinegar rice...
i learned it from one of the hong kong series and it works...
will definitely try again with more afford and better recipe...



asparagus with oyster sauce...
asparagus, oyster sauce, oil & chilli oil...
water cooked the asparagus till soft then add oyster sauce and chilli oil...
easy and healthy...


i really believe the only way to stay healthy is to eat properly, get your rest and exercise... if you don't exercise and do the other two, i still don't think it's going to help you that much...
