mussel soup with garlic bread...
mussels, cream of tomato soup, garlic bread & tomatoes...
not really a tomato soup fan...
but with those giant mussels and garlic bread slices, it became a perfect match for my dinner...
mussel omelette...
eggs, mussels & spring onion...
simple and delicious...
where are those mussels? they all hiding inside the eggs...
pork sausages with mushrooms...
pork sausages, button mushrooms, onions & parsley leafs...
stir fried... then served with steamed rice...
chicken chop with lemon sauce...
boneless chicken thigh, lemon juice & tomato...
marinated the chicken with flour, pepper, soy sauce then oven grilled instead of deep fried...
simply created a lemon sauce with lemon juice...
but why tomato?...
someone eaten my lemon from the fridge, i can only use the tomato to replace lemon as deco...
