... yum yum- part 42...

pan fried egg...
eggs & soy sauce...
obviously there is nothing to be proud about this...
do you still remember what did you cook when you first learn how to cook, besides instant noodles?...
i guess most of you will learn how to fry an egg first...
these days you can easily fry an egg with those non-stick pan available in the market...
i still remember my grandma thought me once when i was just a little boy, frying an egg with a traditional frying wok and it really involved lots of skills and timing...

macaroni soup with ham...
macaroni, cooked ham, tomato & spring onion...
clear soup with soup powder and pepper...
a typical hong kong breakfast...

'nam yu' pork rib...
pork ribs, fermented red beancurd () & flour...
marinated the pork ribs with wine, pepper, salt and light soy sauce...
i actually went for oven grill instead of deep fry...
maybe it won't taste as good as deep fry but i think it is much healthier as it's not too oily...

pork rib noodle...
instant noodle, pork rib & spring onion...
it was the 'nam yu' pork rib that i cooked earlier...
served it with dried instant noodle...
oh i really missed the famous hing loong taiwanese noodle in malacca...
especially with its thick bean noodles (豆签) and sambal chilli...
