over-night steamed rice, fined beans and eggs...
it's a shame that i can't find chinese long beans in uk...
one of the classical all time favourite...
king prawn salad ...
king prawn, red onion, lemon juice and salad sauce...
similar to the one i posted on yum yum- part 2...
but this time is less complicated and a better salad sauce...
chinese red cheese grilled chicken wings...
chicken wings, chinese red cheese, olive oil and flour...
crispy and yummy...
chinese stir fried pasta...
tagliatelle, boneless chicken breast cubes, mushrooms, cabbage, carrot, bean sprouts, lettuce and oyster sauce...
this is not the 'char koey teow'...
my hungarian housemates wanted me to cook for them...
they brought back a lot of tagliatelle from the restaurant where they work...
so i have decided to cook it with chinese style and it worked out well...
finished by 4 of us within an hour...
