bitter gourd fried eggs...

bitter gourd and eggs...

this is one of my favourite food but hardly find it in uk...

bitter gourd is very expensive in london, almost £5 per kilogram...

this simple dish is not cheap at all...

cream of chicken soup panzerotti...

chicken and mushrooms panzerotti pasta, heinz cream of chicken soup, smoked bacon mince, tomato and spring onion...

i was too lazy to cook on one of the freezing night...

then i decided to try something simple and something that can keep me warm...

claypot chicken rice...

steamed jasmine rice, chicken wings, ginger, spring onion and sesame oil...

i can only cook it with my electric rice cooker as i don't have a claypot...

but it still tasted good even though without the chinese sausages and salted fish...

my hungarian housemate says good...

grilled lamb shoulder with mashed potato...

boneless lamb shoulder, potato, fine beans, schwartz roast lamb gravy and butter...

it was perfect as i managed to buy a fresh boneless lamb shoulder, then oven grilled for 30 minutes at 200...

so juicy...
