... yum yum- part 67...

fried chicken in black bean sauce...

chicken drumsticks, pepper, red onion & black bean sauce...

pre-fry the chicken on pan till it cooked before stir fry with other ingredients...

the black bean sauce is from peninsula hotel hong kong... a gift from my client in hong kong...

hot pot chicken rice...

steamed rice, chicken parts, fine beans & onion...

it's a similar way of cooking as the clay pot chicken rice...

but this time i've added with some fine beans...

delicious...

pasta with salmon...

fusilli, salmon, carrots, onion & soured cream...

oven grill the salmon...

then mix with the rest with soured cream...

yummy and double thumbs up...

boiled sweet corn soup- part 2...

sweet corn, chicken thighs, carrots, onion & vegetables stock...

i'm using chicken this time instead of pork ribs...

slow cooked for an hour and it tasted so beautiful...

healthy...

... with the right glasses- part 2...

despite the design it is very easy both to pour and to drink...

fried breaded fish fillet...

i've forgotten what fish was it but it was delicious...

fine bean soup...

a simple cut fine bean cooked with cream...

simple and healthy...

potato soup...

cut potato pieces cooked with creamy soup...

thumbs up...

pork chop with mashed potato...

pan fried pork chop with onion and bacon topping...

simple mash with cream and butter...

perfect combination for dinner...
