... yum yum- part 70...



'nam yu' pork rib- part 2...
pork ribs, fermented red beancurd, flour, eggs, chinese cooking wine & dark soy sauce...
i've done it much better compared to the previous one...
this time i've marinated with more fermented red beancurd and used dark soy sauce instead...
more crispier and delicious...




stir fried chinese leaf with chinese sausages...
chinese leaf, chinese sausages, oyster sauce, fish sauce & chinese cooking rice wine...
braised the chinese leaf pieces with the chinese sausages till soft...
i've added with huge amount of the wine and it tasted so nice...
drinking the gravy is like drinking the hot wine...
another well cooked dish...




malaysian chicken curry...
chicken parts, potatoes, curry paste, coconut milk & red onion...
using the instant curry paste and coconut milk is so much easier to cook this one of the famous food in malaysia...
the chicken pieces and potato pieces have been cooked till soft and it tasted delicious with the aroma of the coconut milk...
it was amazing and it caused me home sick...
obviously grandma's chicken curry is far better by using natural ingredients...

instant noodles & the chicken curry that i cooked earlier...
another famous food that you can find in any chinese food hawker in malaysia...
especially for breakfast and afternoon tea break...
well done...
