malaysian coconut milk rice 'nasi lemak'...
fragrant rice, coconut milk, ginger and egg...
onion, sugar and red dried chillies for the sambal...
this is one of the typical local food from malaysia...
i didn't have enough time to prepare the rest like curry, deep fried fish and cucumber salad... or else it would be perfect...
fried turnip cake 'chai tau kueh'...
steamed turnip cake (i bought a ready cooked one from a chinese supermarket), bean sprouts, eggs and garlic...
another famous malaysian chinese food you can find in any food stall...
i know it doesn't looked good from appearance but it really tasted ok by frying with soy sauce and chilli sauce...
next time i'll try frying in a different way so that it will look better...
