... yum yum- part 20...

cheesy pork chop dried noodle...
pork chop, instant noodle and cheddar cheese sauce mix...
this is one of the most popular takeaway food in hong kong...
they usually served it with the famous nissin instant noodles...
but i served it with indo mi instead...


stir fried fine bean with pork...
fine beans, pork, red chillies and garlic...
typical chinese traditional food...


mussel with mushroom...
mussels, button cup mushrooms, red chillies, coriander and red onion...
fresh and spicy...
add a little bit of chinese brandy will make it taste better perhaps...


pork mayo...
bacon, onion and mayonnaise...
a delicious dish that you can find in most of the japanese restaurant...
i used pork shoulder bacon instead of pork belly...
should have put more onions...
