... yum yum- part 4...

boiled chinese leaf soup...
chinese leaf, pig neck bone, pork ball and 'taugua' bean curd...
no preservation and artificial colour, 100% pure...


steamed pork cake...
pork mince, clams, spring onion, sesame oil and fish sauce...
next time i'll add on some salted fish and ginger slices...


long bean rice...
thai jasmine rice, long bean, baby clams, pork and red onion...
i rate myself 8 out of 10 for this one... really delicious...


spicy fried noodles...
egg noodles, cucumber, dried chilli oil paste, baby clams and red onion...
sweat...
