... yum yum- part 64...



chinese leaf soup...
chinese leaf, pork belly, pork dumplings (ready made), pork balls (ready made) & vegetables stock...
even though it's a simple soup but it still took me 3 hours to cook...
this reminds me of chinese new year celebration back home...
grandma will cook the similar soup with her home-made pork balls...
the best pork balls of all...




stir fried celery...
celery & garlic...
simple stir fry with oyster sauce...
crunchy and healthy...




stir fried roasted chicken with garlic...
roasted chicken (ready cooked), garlic & spring onions...
simple stir fry with garlic in a wok...
this reminds me of the chinese new year celebration back home again...
during the 2nd day of the chinese new year, grandma will use the left over salted chicken that she cooked to stir fry with garlic and sesame oil...
and there won't be any left over after that...




chinese sausages omelette...
eggs, chinese sausages & spring onions...
simple dish and it's really delicious...


age does not protect you from love... but love... to some extend... protects you from age...
